The Startup Stages Quiz itself runs at app.startupstagesquiz.org, a separate application with its own notices. The quiz and its results are provided free of charge for general informational and educational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varyence, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York, United States for the resolution of any disputes.
